As Producer

One of five people in the USA to receive a National Endowment for the Arts Award in Media (1985). From this produced Child’s Play, a radio drama series aired via NPR satellite. Started my own production company, Myann Films (2004) to develop and produce my original work. As supervisor of my students’ films, I would guide them in their own responsibilities from concept, to development, to production and post — in both digital filmmaking as well as broadcast production.  Two of my past students are now producer/reporters on-air: Dan Manarino of WPIX/NY News; and Sarah Sheridan of WENY-NY.

As Screenwriter
